Upon arriving at The Abode, free parking is available on the property. Please park your vehicle at the car park. We have a buggy ushering all guests to the Reception.

For any photography or videography conducted at the Resort, permission is required from the Management seven (7) days prior to your arrival date. For safety reasons as well as concerns for our guests’ privacy, the Resort prohibits the operation or use of drones on or over any part of our premises and riverfront.
In light of our current situation, we are staying up to date with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) from the Minister of Health (MOH) for the health & safety of our guests at the Resort. Yes, all our tented villas are air-conditioned.
Wi-Fi is currently not available in the Resort. 4G network is available within the vicinity of the resort with no issues connecting via your smart device/s.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management of The Abode Resort & Spa requests your co-operation in observing the following payment and cancellation policies:
Deposit / Pre-payment:
Modes of payment can be in the form of Cash, Credit Cards or Bank Transfers, BIBD QuickPay and Pocket.
Payment for the entire stay duration is required within 24 hours of making the reservation, failing which, it will be automatically released.
If the period of stay is extended either prior or during the stay, full payment of the extended period must be received before the request for extension can be confirmed. Confirmation of extension is also subject to availability.
Cancellation:
Cancellation made between 14 to 7 days prior to arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No refund if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.
Refunds, if any, will be made in the same mode that payment was received in and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancellation made anytime more than 14 days prior to arrival will not incur any cancellation fee, however, refunds may be subject to nominal bank charges.
If a cancellation is due to Quarantine Order from COVID-19, and sufficient evidence has been provided, there will be not be any cancellation fees. However, the payment received will not be refunded. The reservation will instead be held for a future booking.
Amendment:
Amendment is defined as (1) changing names, and/or (2) increasing or decreasing the number of nights for the confirmed reservation. If an amendment results in a change of arrival date, then it is considered as a cancellation of the confirmed reservation and re-booking a new one, which is subject to availability.
If a reservation is amended between 7 days to the day of arrival, and it results in a shorter stay duration, the balance amount will not be refundable.
Amendment made more than 7 days prior to arrival that results in a shorter stay, the balance amount will be credited to the room folio upon check-in for incidental spend. Any unused amount will not be refundable.
If an amendment results in a longer stay duration, then the balance amount owed will need to be paid in full before the amendment can be confirmed. Please note, confirmation is also subject to availability.
No Show:
Accommodation not occupied by 1600 hours (4 pm) on date of arrival will be considered as No Show, unless prior arrangement for late check-in has been made.
In an event of No Show, full pre-payment received will not be refunded.
Changes due to COVID-19 Lockdown:
Reservations for arrival dates that fall during a Lockdown situation will not be refunded but will be held for a future booking.
